What is the delivery time of my order?
We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Currently we ship your order within 1-2 working days. If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days than please send an e-mail to our customer service.
How can I return items?
We have a no hassle returns policy because we know how important it is to you to ensure you get the right beads for your design. So if the beads you’ve bought aren’t to your liking for any reason, we’ll refund them for you without a fuss. Simply ensure they’re unused and in original packaging. Can I make an order as a private customer?
We are a wholesaler and deliver only to companies with a VAT number. As a private customer it is unfortunately not possible to order on our website.
My order is not complete delivered, what to do?
We are sorry to hear that you miss an item or items. What you could do is send an e-mail to our customer service. Mention your order number clearly in your e-mail, as well as the article numbers of the articles concerned.
